在Beckman-700型自动生化分析仪上5种国产试剂的应用

摘　　要：作者设计了在700型自动生化分析仪(以下简称700分析仪)上使用5种国产试剂的程序,与美国Beckman原装进口试剂做了随机取样对照。33份总蛋白的对照结果为:进口试剂(?)=68.9g/L,S=10.9,CV=15.8％;自制试剂(?)=68.3g/L,S=10.9,CV=14.8％,r=0.98。33份白蛋白对照结果是:进口试剂(?)=45.2g/L,S=6.0,CV=13.3％;自制试剂(?)=45.0g/L,S=6.2,CV=13.8％,r=0.96。31份血糖对照结果是:进口试剂(?)=11.85mmol/L,S=0.16,CV=0.97％;国产试剂(?)=11.79mmol/L,S=0.43,CV=3.7％,r=0.94。27份胆固醇对照结果是:进口试剂(?)=3.95mmol/L,S=0.03,CV=0.76％;国产试剂(?)=3.70,S=0.05,CV=1.3％,r=0.90,y=3.75+0.001x。甘油三酯测定时,将国产试剂在700分析仪和国产721分光光度计进行了不同仪器间的比较,700分析仪(?)=1.157mmol/L,S=0.001,CV=0.086％;721分光光度计(?)=1.160mmol/L,S=0.001,CV=0.093％,r=0.990。5种国产试剂中,除胆固醇结果比进口试剂偏低,需经回归方程校正外,其余均经配对资料t检验,t值均小于t_(0.05),P>0.05,相差不显著。Procedures for employment of five domestic reagents in the Beckman-700 autoanalyzer were designed.The results were compared with those of imported reagents (D=domestic; I=imported). The statistics obtained were as listed below. Thirty-three samples each of total protein (I)(?)=68.9 g/L, S=10.9, CV=15.8%; (D)(?)=68.3 g/L,S=10.9, CV=14.8%, r=0.98; 33 each of albumin (I)(?)=45.2 g/L, S=6.0, CV=13.3%; (D)(?)=45.0 g/L, S=6.2, CV=13.8%, r=0.96; 31 each of glucose (I)(?)=11.85 mmol/L, S=0.16, CV=0.97%, (D)(?)=11.79 mmol/L, S=0.43, CV=3.7%, r=0.94; 27 each of cholesterol (I)(?)=3.95 mmol/L, S=0.03, CV=0.76%; (D)(?)=3.70 mmol/L, S=0.05, CV=1.3%, r=0.9, (?)=3.75+0.001x. Domestic triglyceride reagent was tested both in the BecKman 700 and domestic 721 spectrophotometer. The results of 50 samples tested simutaneously are listed as follows: Beckman 700(?)=1.157 mmol/L, S=0.001, CV=0.086%;721 spectrophotometer(?)=1.106 mmol/L S=0.001, CV=0.093%, r=0.990. Except for the result of domestic cholesterol reagent, which was lower than the imported one and should be corrected by linear regression, the P Values among other reagent sets were all shown higher than significant values.
