摘　　要：以国际电工委员会IEC和有关国家(美国、日本和中国)对医院和医用电气设备安全规定为准,介绍医用电气设备及其环境的安全要求和相应的安全措施。According to the code of IEC （International Electrician Committee） and of the countries （such as the US, Japan and China） to the safety of the medical electrical equipments, the safety needs of the medical electrical equipments and their environment and the corresponding safety precautions are introduced in this paper.
