摘 要:目的 研究养血清脑颗粒(降血压药)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用.方法 用SHR模型和大鼠尾动脉脉搏测压法,观察养血清脑颗粒(31.5,15.8,7.8 g·kg^-1,每天灌胃给药)对SHR收缩血压的影响.结果 单次灌服养血清脑颗粒约1h,开始显示降压作用,2~3 h达最高降压效果;连续给药2周后,高剂量组与模型组比较即有显著性差异(P<0.05);给药8周后,试验组与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 养血清脑颗粒有降低SHR收缩压的作用.Objective To investigate the antihypertensive effect of Yang -xue -qing- nao granule (YXQN) on spontaneous hypertensive rat (spontaneous hypertensive rat, SHR ). Methods The effect of YXQN (31.5,15.8,7.8 g · kg^-1 ,ig,q 12 h) on the systolic blood pressure of SHR by the tail cuff method were observed. Results At the time after a single ig administration of YXQN, the blood pressure was decreased at 2 -3 h. While at the time after a multiple ig adiministration, the systolic blood pressure were decreased. Compared with model group, trial group had significant difference. Conclusion YXQN can reduce the systolic blood pressure of SHR.
