金葡素注射液与顺铂合用对H22肝癌移植瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察金葡素注射液(生物反应调节剂)与顺铂(抗肿瘤药)配伍对小鼠H22肝癌移植瘤的作用。方法♂ICR小鼠分别腋下接种1×106个H22肝癌细胞,腹腔注射金葡素注射液(720,360ng·kg-1)或(720,360,180ng·kg-1)同时腹腔注射顺铂注射液2mg·kg-1,连用10天,取瘤块称重,计算肿瘤抑制百分率。结果与生理盐水对照组的(1.85±0.72)g比较,单用组:H22肝癌平均瘤重分别为(1.28±0.28)g(P<0.05),(1.44±0.41)g;合用组:与生理盐水组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.001),平均瘤重分别为(0.51±0.30),(0.56±0.28),(0.84±0.24)g;抑瘤率分别为72.4%,69.7%,54.6%。结论金葡素注射液单用对小鼠H22肝癌移植瘤有治疗作用;与顺铂合用有明显的协同治疗作用。Objective To study on the effects of staphylococcal enterotoxin C injection（SAFP） combined with cisplatin injection on H22 liver cancer cells. Methods Tumors were established by injection of H22 cells （ 1 × 10^6 cells per animal, subcutaneously into the armpit of the ICR male mice）. Staphylococcal enterotoxin C injection （720,360 ng · kg^- 1 ） and it combined with cisplatin （720,360,180 ng · kg^-1 ±2 ng · kg^-1, respectively） were administrated ip for consecutive 10 days. Mice were sacrificed at day 11, tumor weight were recorded. Results The tumor weight of SAFPgroup were （1.28 ± 0.28） g（P〈0.05）,（1.44 ± 0.41 ） g,compared with the control （ normal saline） group in which the tumor weight was （ 1.85 ± 0.72 ） g. The tumor weight of combined groups were （0.51 ± 0.30）,（0.56 ± 0.28） and （0.84 ± 0.24） g, and the tumor inhibition rate were 72.4% ,69.7% and 54.6% ,respectively. Conclusion Staphylococcal enterotoxin C injection combined with cisplatin could inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells efficiently.
