摘 要:针对中石油兰州化工厂隔油池出水尚未达标,该文采用微絮凝-接触过滤直接过滤工艺对其进行深度处理。研究了油、浊度和COD的去除效果及规律,同时对比考察了添加两种絮凝剂聚硅氯化铝铁和聚乙烯亚胺的去除效果。实验表明,直接过滤工艺对含油废水中的油、浊度和COD的去除率分别达到78%、93%和40%以上,在相同试验条件下,聚乙烯亚胺较聚硅氯化铝铁具有更好的除油除浊性能。The direct filtration which combines slight flocculation and contact filtration was used to treat the oilbearing wastewater from oil separating tank. Three removals targets and laws of the effluent were studied, which includes oil, turbidity and COD. The removal effects were compared between polysilic aluminum ferric chloride and polyethyleneimine. The result indicated that the removal rates are above 78% for oil, above 93% for turbidity and above 40% for COD respectively. Based on the same experiment condition, polyethyleneimine has higher efficiency for treating oil and turbidity than polysilie aluminum ferric chloride.
