摘 要:由于动态膜组件可以实现在一定水头差(WHD,water head drop)条件下自流出水,因此有必要研究WHD对于膜组件运行初期出水通量及水质的影响。试验在体积为400L的反应器设置过滤面积为0.12m^2的200目不锈钢丝网膜组件。研究了WHD=100mm、200mm、300mm、400mm、600mm的条件下出水通量及浊度的变化情况。结果表明,该膜组件的最佳水头差为300mm,其运行2h后稳定出水通量可达0.42m^3/m^2·h,出水浊度5min内即可低于5NTU。根据研究结果。分析了不同WHD对于动态膜的形成及性能的影响,探讨了造成影响的原因。The self-forming bio-dynamic membrane (SFDM) can be operated by certain water head drop (WHD). It is necessary to study the influence of WHD on membrane flux and outlet water quality in the beginning stage. In a 400L reactor, in which a 0.12m^2 coarse stainless steel screen of 200 mesh was set up, investigation was made on the influence of various WHD of 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 600mm on flux and turbidity. The results showed that for the sake of forming bio-dynamic membrane, a lowest WHD of 200mm is needed, as WHD exceeding 400mm, the amount of water output decreased. The optimum condition of 300mm WHD gives a stable flux of 0.42m^3/m^2·h. The turbidiry can drop down below 5 NTU after 5min operation. According to the results, the influence of WHD was analyzed on dynamic membranc structure and charactersisic, and the effective factor was discussed.
