摘　　要：《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》(GB50068-2001)明确了结构和结构构件的设计使用年限,要求在此期限内不需大修即能满足预定功能。近年来,由于非结构构件(包括栏杆、玻璃、幕墙、面砖等)年久失修引发的事故、纷争日渐突出,对此,本文提出对非结构构件也应该明确设计使用年限,并且应重视设计使用年限期内的正常使用和正常维护。Structure and structural member＇s design working lives are defined by Unified standard for reliability design of building structures （GB50068-2001）. In recent years, the accidents aroused by non-structural member＇s failure （including handrail, glass, waterproof, tile and so on） are increasingly rising up. Aims to the problems, non-structural member＇s design working lives are proposed in this paper, and the normal use and maintenance should be attached importance.
