黄芪和丹参液联用对急性有机磷中毒患者血液流变学变化的影响

摘　　要：目的探索黄芪和丹参液联用对急性有机磷农药中毒(Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning,AOPP)患者血液流变学变化的影响。方法将24例重度急性有机磷中毒患者随机分为常规治疗组(12例)、黄芪和丹参液联合治疗组(12例)。对两中毒组患者分别在第1、3、5、7d采取静脉血作血液流变学指标的检测。8例健康对照组门诊检测一次。结果与正常对照组相比,中毒组患者初期红细胞数(RBC)、血小板(PLT)、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数明显升高,红细胞变形能力明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后,黄芪和丹参液联合治疗组血液流变学各项指标恢复明显较常规治疗组快,二者相差显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论黄芪和丹参液联用可有效改善急性有机磷中毒患者的血液流变学。Objective To explore the effects of the combination of Danshen injection and Huangqi injection on hemorheology in patients with Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning.Methods 24 patients with acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning were divided into two groups at random,conventional therapy group（control group）,Danshen injection combined Huangqi injection group （test group）.The indicatrixes of hemorheology of poisoning groups were detected on day 1, 3, 5, 7 respectively,which of health control group were only detected on out-patient clinic.Results Compared with health control group,red blood cell,plastocyte,the blood hypsoviscosity, the blood oligviscosity,plasmaviscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index of poisoning groups were up, but erythrocyte deformability was down;Hemorheology of test group could anastate more quickly after therapeutic alliance than conventional therapy group.Conclusion The combination of Danshen injection and Huangqi injection could be good for hemorheology in patients with Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning.
