摘　　要：目的了解健康体检者血液中C反应蛋白分布和血脂水平的相关性。方法对579例健康体检者血液进行高灵敏度的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的检测和分析。结果男女健康体检者CRP值呈偏态分布,男女CRP值差异无显著性(P>0.05)。随年龄的增大,CRP值呈逐渐升高的趋势;根据百分位数分析,检测对象CRP的中位数值为0.58￣0.89mg/L,CRP值>3.0mg/L者占受检人数14.51%。TC、TG合适水平者在CRP>3.0mg/L组占42.9%,CRP≤3.0mg/L组占63.0%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);CRP>3.0mg/L组主要见于Ⅳ型及低HDL-C型,CRP≤3.0mg/L组主要见于低HDL-C型。结论高血脂患者体内存在一定的炎症过程,追踪观察血清CRP与血脂的变化,对判断心血管疾病的进展具有一定的临床指导意义。Objective To investigate distributions of C-reactive protein and association with lipid in healthy volunteers.Methods 579 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study for measurement of serum concentrations of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （CRP）,desirable cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）.Results The data of CRP presented skew distributition but no significant difference was found in healthy men and women. It showed that the CRP increased with the increase of age. Based on percentile, our median results of CRP were 0.58-0.89mg/L, 14.51% acceptance inspection were in CRP〉3.0mg/L groups,42.9% cases had desirable cholesterol （TC） and triglyceride （TG） level in the groups with CRP〉3.0mg/L, and 63% in the groups with CRP≤ 3.0mg/L,significant difference was found in two groups （P〈0.05）.CRP〉3.0mg/L groups were ususlly associated in cases with high TG and low HDL-C,but CRP ≤ 3.0mg/L groups were ususlly seen in low HDL-C cases.Conclusions There is progress of inflammation in hyperlipidemia patients.Following observation on the changs of CRP and lipid is of guiding significance to determine cardiovascular disease progress to a certain extent.
