摘　　要：高教资料的共性与特性注定了它是图书情报不可或缺的重要组成部分。然而因种种缘故,它一直被弃忘冷落而遭遇种种“非礼”,致使大好资源生生闲置与白白浪费。要改变这种现状,必须切实更新观念,确定“回归”方略,以消除人为的“弃忘”阴影,实现高教资料的资源共享。参考文献2。Higher education material is doomed to be the exofficio land of the books information kingdom by its commonality and characteristic. However, for several reasons, it is so continuously abandoned and forgotten and encounters all sorts of ＂indecorum ＂ that makes the excellent resources be left unused and wasted in vain. In order to change this present situation, We must practically renew the idea, establish ＂ regress＂ plan to eliminate the artificially shadow of ＂abandoned and forgotten＂ and realize the resources share of higher education material. 2 refs.
