摘　　要：分析了建设领域可能存在的风险,以及处理风险可采取的种种措施,借鉴了国外建设领域风险管理的成熟经验,提出建立和完善以工程保险和工程担保为核心的风险管理制度,并指出应加强培育建设领域风险管理新主体,保证风险管理制度的健康运行,为工程建设提供安全健康的运行环境。The paper analyzed all kinds of risks which probably exist in the construction field and various means to deal with them, Based on overseas experiences, this paper comes up with the idea of establishing and perfecting the risk management system, which is centered on engineering insurance and engineering guarantee. Moreover, it indicates that the new main body of riskmanagement should be strengthened and fostered in construction field in order to running of this system healthily, and offers safe and healthy operation environment for this field.
