摘  要:针对高校图书馆评估工作中存在的一些问题,如在整个教学评估体系中所占权重系数小、评估主体中缺乏图书馆界的专家或学者、某些具体指标不尽合理等,分析其负面影响及形成原因,并提出建立“四位一体”的图书馆评估主体模式、构建独立的评估组织和新的评估指标体系,将图书馆文化和人才队伍建设作为评估指标体系中的一级指标,旨在促进图书馆的建设和发展。In the higher education evaluation system, the impact factor of the library is rather low and limited. Furthermore, some evaluation quotas are not practical and reasonable. For the worse, among the evaluation group, there is no expert in the field of library, which therefore causes negative effects on evaluation of the library work. Based on the analysis of the reasons, the authors put forward some suggestions: first, the structure of evaluation mainstay should include the library, the administrators, the experts in library and readers; secondly, an independent evaluation organization and a new evaluation system should be established; finally, the library literacy and professional training of the staff should be upgraded to be first-grade target for the purpose of healthy and further development of libraries.
