摘　　要：The pathogen causing dark leaf spot on Atractylodes lancea was isolated from diseased leaf.Based on morphological characteristics,pathogenicity test,the sequence of ribosomal DNA-ITS,the pathogen was(identified) as Alternaria tenuissima(Kunze) Wiltshire.This is the first report that this fungus infects A.(lancea).The pathogen causing dark leaf spot on Atractylodes lancea was isolated from diseased leaf. Based on morphological characteristics, pathogenicity test, the sequence of ribosomal DNA-ITS, the pathogen was identified as Alternaria tenuissima （Kunze） Wiltshire. This is the first report that this fungus infects A. lancea.
