摘 要:研究了3种封头结构在不同Re下对板翅式换热器出口通道物流分配和阻力损失的影响。结果表明,基本型封头造成板翅式换热器内部物流分配极不均匀,而孔板型封头结构能有效地降低不均匀参数和最大流速比,改善物流分配效果;孔板型封头结构增加了换热器的阻力损失和摩擦系数;错排孔板型封头在改善换热器物流分配的同时,也较好地抑制了阻力损失的增加,故其结构最为合理。A study was made of the influences of three kinds of header configurations under different Re numbers on the flow distribution at outlet and resistance loss of the plate-fin heat exchangers. The result shows that the ordinary headers made a serious maldistribution in the flow distribution of plate-fin heat exchangers, the perforated plate headers could efficiently drop the maldistribution parameters and the ratio of the maximum velocity, improve the result of flow distribution, increase the resistance loss and friction coefficient of heat exchangers; the staggered perforated plate headers could improve the flow distribution of heat exchangers and inhibit the increase of resistance loss, their configurations were most reasonable.
