摘 要:对液态轻烃储罐内壁腐蚀的原因进行了研究。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对腐蚀试样的表面形貌和结构进行了分析,腐蚀产物中硫化物主要成分是FeS;用俄歇电子能谱(AES)定性测试储罐材质和腐蚀产物的化学成分,储罐材质表面主要元素为Fe、O及杂质元素C,而腐蚀产物表面主要元素为Fe、O、C、S及微量Cl;X光电子能谱(XPS)分析实验表明,腐蚀产物氧化物为Fe3O4。最后,根据轻烃储罐内壁的腐蚀机理提出了一些相应的防护措施。A study was made of the corrosion causes of the internal walls of the liquid light-hydrocarbon storage tanks. The analyses of the surface shape and microstructure of the corrosion samples using SEM show that the sulfide in the corrosion products was mainly composed of FeS; the qualitative measurement of the storage tank materials and the chemical components of the corrosion products using AES show that the surface elements of the storage tank materials were Fe, O, and C, and the surface elements of the corrosion products mainly were Fe, O,C,S, and very little Cl; the analysis of XPS shows that the oxide in the corrosion products was Fe3O4. Finally, some corresponding prevention methods were proposed based on the corrosion mechanism.
