摘 要:研究建立氯柳酊中氯霉素和水杨酸的多波长直线回归法.在259.0~311.2 nm波长区间选择42个测定波长点进行测定;采用计算机多波长直线回归程序进行计算;不经分离直接测定氯霉素和水杨酸的含量.氯霉素和水杨酸的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.67%、0.52%和100.0%、0.67%.该方法简单、快速、准确、适用于医院制剂分析.A multi-wavelength linear regression spectropetometry was used to determine the contents of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in tincture, and 42 wavelengths at 259.0-311.2 nm were selected as the measuring length. Meanwhile the program of the above-mentioned spectrophotometry was applied. The method was applied for the direct determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in tincture without any preliminary separation. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were 99.67% ,0.52% and 100.0%, 0.67 % respectively. The method was modern, simple, rapid, accurate, which can be used for determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in tincture.
