摘  要:在15,20,25和30℃4个温度梯度下,测定了麦蛾茧蜂Habrobracon hebetor(Say)成蜂寿命、生殖力、发育历期等生物学参数。结果表明,在实验温度范围内,卵期在15℃最长,为(9.50±1.39)d;幼虫发育历期在20℃最长,为(6.60±1.41)d;蛹期在15℃最长,为(23.71±2.63)d。雌蜂的寿命在15℃时最长,为(50.15±6.9)d;30℃时最短,为(9.20±3.12)d雄蜂的寿命在15℃时最长,为(11.45±3.52)d;30℃时最短为(5.90±1.62)d。产卵量在25℃最大,为(208.50±40.12)粒;羽化数、羽化率在30℃最高,分别为(23.60±9.33)%和(35.87±13.87)%;温度变化对麦蛾茧蜂雌成蜂生物学参数具有显著影响。The adult longevity, development and fecundity of Habrobracon hebetor (Say) were observed at 15, 20, 25 and 3022 in laboratory. The results showed that developmental rate increased with the temperature increasing from 1522 to 3022. The longest duration of egg stage was (9.50 ± 1.39)days observed at 1522. The longest duration of larval stage was (6.60 ± 1.41)days at 2022 ;The longest duration of pupal stage was (23.71 ± 2.63)days at 1522;The longest longevity for female adult was (50.15 ± 6.96)days observed at 15℃ and the shortest was (9.20 ± 3.12) days at 30℃. The longest longevity for male adult was (11.45 ± 3.52)days observed at 15℃, the shortest was (5.90 ± 1.62) days at 30℃. In general, the adult longevity of female was longer than that of male. The maximum number of egg aid per female was 208.50±40.12 at 25℃ . The maximum emergence rate was (35.87 ± 13.87 )% observed at 30℃. It could be concluded from the results that temperature shows a significant effect on biological parameters of H. hebetor.
