摘　　要：提出了一种应用于混合式步进电动机闭环驱动的内置位置传感器技术,利用气隙比磁导法分析了这种新型传感器的工作原理,在此基础上提出了利用步进电机磁阻变化实现连续转子位置的检测方法,为实现步进电动机自同步闭环控制奠定了基础。The idea of a new interior - type position sensor in hybrid stepping motor position servo system is given. The theory of this new sensor is analyzed using the method of specific permanence of air gap. On this base, the achievement of con-tinuous rotor position detection by the variation of the reluctance of stepping motor is proposed. This position sensor of built - in technology makes the foundation of selfsynchronous closedloop control of stepping motor.
