摘　　要：针对BAS楼宇智能管理系统发展的要求,开发了基于RS485串行通信的EMS电梯监控系统,基于局域网通信技术的REM电梯监控系统,基于电梯内部通信协议的电梯监控盘技术。分析了各自的设计方案、硬件结构、软件结构和适用范围。通过实际工程项目的验证,以上电梯监控系统能有效地监控电梯的运行。To meet the requirement of Building Automation System ＇ s development, the elevator monitoring systems which are EMS based on RS485 protocol, REM based on LAN communication, Monitoring Panel based on protocol in the elevator control system are designed. The scheme, principle and scope of these elevator monitoring systems are analyzed. The elevator monitoring systems have been applied in the projects and have been approved to be effective monitoring and controlling systems.
