基于异业结盟模式的ATM电子商务系统研究与设计

摘　　要：本文重点研究基于异业结盟模式的ATM电子商务系统设计,在对银行业ATM运营发展趋势分析的基础上,以电信业和银行业异业结盟运营ATM电子商务业务为需求,提出了基于这种创新经营模式的运营系统建设要点,针对系统设计的关键问题进行分析并给出了解决方案。实际系统建设中的应用证明这些解决方案的实施能够有效地满足业务开展的要求,对建设集金融交易和第三方支付服务能力的综合型电子商务系统具有较好的指导意义,为该类系统的开发提供有利的参考和依据。This article has a focus of researching on the design of an ATM e-business system that bases on the model of alliance between the telecommunication and banking industries. Basing on the analysis of the trend of ATM operation in banking industry and the demand of making an alliance between the telecommunication and banking industries for ATM e-business operation, the article advances the key points about the construction of the new business model＇s operation system, analyzes the key issues of designing the system and gives the solutions of the issues. The real application of these solutions has already proved that the solutions meet the demand of the new business model effectively. The solutions guided the construction of a comprehensive system which provide the functions of financial transaction service and third party payment service and gave useful reference for this kind of systems＇ development and construction.
