摘  要:目的评价西门子16-层螺旋CT工作站的FlyThrough软件对血管病变的辅助诊断能力。方法对50例临床怀疑血管病变的患者进行16-层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)扫描。所得原始数据行1mm重建横断面图像。使用FlyThrough软件观察血管并采用MPR,MIP,SSD和VRT后处理技术显示血管。结果具有FlyThrouhg软件的16层SCTA能清晰显示直径大于1mm的血管病变,诸如主动脉不规则的血管内壁和狭窄,主动脉夹层内膜片、真假腔,假性动脉瘤破口大小及位置,真性动脉瘤大小,管壁钙化。结论FlyThrough软件技术是CTA的一种无创、无痛、快捷、安全、有效的检查技术。结合其他三维重组方法可直观、立体地观察血管腔内及内表面的仿真内窥镜图像,对疾病诊断、治疗、手术及疗效观察有重要的临床应用价值,但敏感性和特异性有待提高。Objective To evaluate the potency of Siemens 16 - slice spiral computed tomography(SCT) virtual intravascular endo- scope with Fly through software in the diagnosis of vascular lesions. Methods Fifty patients with clinically suspected vascular lesions underwent 16 - slice SCT angiography(SCTA) . The original data obtained from volumetric scanning were utilized to reconstruet the transverse images(1 mm thickness) at workstation. The vascular lesions were displayed by 16- slice SCTA with Fly through software and additional maximum intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering(VR), muhiplanal reconstruction(MPR) and surface shaded display(SSD). Results 16- slice SCTA with Fly through software clearly revealed intravascular lesions which was greater than 1.0 mm in diameter such as anomalous aortic inside wall and stenosis, intimal flap and true - and false lumen of aortic dissection, size and site of pseudoaneurysm rupture - foramina, and size of true aneurysm and its wall calcification. Conclusion Fly Through software is a non - traumatic, painless, quick, safe and effective means during SCTA, it combined with other 3D reconstruction techniques can directly stereoscopically observe the virtual endoscope images of vascular cavities and inside surfaces and therefore it has important clinical value in the diagnosis , treatment, surgery, and theraoeatic efficacy follow - uo of this disease but it is necessary for its sensitivity and specificity to be improved.
