血浆心钠素含量与左心房内径的关系

摘　　要：本文应用英国Amersham公司人aANP^(125)Ⅰ放免试剂盒,按标准测定方法检测了正常人9例、风湿性心脏病14例、冠心病16例血浆心钠素,以探讨其与左心房内径的关系。风湿性心脏病患者中,轻度左心房增大者血浆心钠素显著增高。中度左心房增大者显著降低。左心房轻度增大的冠心病患者血浆心钠素显著降低。提示左心房增大影响心钠素分泌。The plasma atrial natriuretic factor ( ANF ) was measured by RIA in 9 normal subjects, 14 cases of rheumatic heart disease, and 16 cases of coronary artery disease. The level of plasma ANF was compared with the diameter of left atrium. Among the patients with rheumatic heart disease,the plasma ANF level of those with the slightly enlarged left atrium significantly increased, but that of ones with moderately enlarged left atrium obviously decreased. The plasma ANF level markedly decreased in the patients with coronary artery disease and with the slightly enlarged left atrium. These results suggest thaf the secretion of ANF may be affected by the enlargement of left atrium;however, it is not proportional to the diameter of left atrium.
