摘　　要：目的探讨超声不同切面对虹膜创伤的诊断价值。方法对31例(31只眼)虹膜创伤患者,采用纵切面联合横切面、冠状切面扫查损伤侧眼球,比较两种扫查方法诊断符合率。结果纵切面及横切面扫查方法诊断符合率合为48.39%,冠状切面扫查诊断符合率为93.55%。结论纵切面及横切面扫查能直接显示损伤虹膜与相邻结构关系及明确合并伤。冠状切面扫查能显示虹膜及瞳孔创伤性平面形态学改变,并能准确定位及判定损伤范围。联合应用能提供更全面的虹膜创伤声像图依据。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound with various scanning views in iris trauma. Methods Thirty one - eases （31 eyes） of iris injuries were examined with ultrasound by the longitudinal and transverse views, and the coronal views. To compare the diagnose accordance rate of these different views. Results The diagnose accordance rate of the longitudinal and transverse views, and the coronal views were 48.39% and 93.55 % respectively. Conclusion The iris injuries and associated injuries can be shown partly on the longitudinal and transverse views. The damaged sites and regions of the iris and the pupil can be accurately shown on the coronal views. The ultrasonic feature of the iris trauma can be provided better by multi - views scanning.
