摘　　要：目的探讨使用普通探头在介入超声引导穿刺中的应用。方法对我院16年来800例使用普通探头引导穿刺案例经验进行分析。结果普通探头引导下穿刺成功率100%,针道显示率87%。结论普通探头引导穿刺灵活、方便,实用,易于推广。Objective To evaluate the application of ordinary ultrasonic probe in ultrasound- guided puncture. Method Based on the experiences of 800 cases with puncturation guided by the ordinary ultrasonic probe were reviewed and analysed. Results The successful rate was 1130 percent and the display rate of the pin hole was 87 percent in ordinary ultrasonic probe guided puncture. Conclusion It is a feasible, convenient and practical technique that puncturation guided by the ordinary ultrasonic probe which is easy to be popularized.
