吸脂术对女性脂类代谢影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究吸脂术对血清脂质代谢的可能影响,以排除其对患者的潜在危险性;探讨吸脂术治疗高血脂的可能性。方法选择30例符合入选标准的局部脂肪堆积的女性患者,在肿胀麻醉下行腹部或大腿部的脂肪抽吸,并分别于术前1d(T1),术后30min(T2)、6h(T3)、1个月(T4)测定患者的血脂含量,数值均以x-±s表示,做统计学处理。结果T2高于T1的血脂水平,但未超出正常参考值范围;T3及T4与T1比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论本研究证实,吸脂术在脂质代谢方面是安全的;吸脂术对血脂无远期持续影响,不能将其作为降低血脂的方法之一。Objective To study the possible effects of liposuction on the blood lipidogram for excluding potential risks for patients selected for this operation and find a new way of treating hyperlipemia. Methods Thirty female patients with local fat deposits were included in the present study. They were operated on abdomen and proximal thighs under tumescent technique. Blood samples were obtained preoperatively （T1） at one day and obtained postoperativly at half an hour （T2）, six hours （T3）, and one month （T4）. All the data were treated with one - way analysis of variance （ANOVA）. Results The values of lipids were higher at T2 than that at T1, but remained in the normal range values. The values at T3 and T4 had significant difference with those at T1. Conclusion These observations proved the safety of the procedure on a metabolic basis. We can＇t regard it as a method to decrease blood lipid because liposuction can＇t bring long - term effect on the circulating lipids and lipoproteins.
