摘 要:目的应用放射性核素动态显像评价先天性无肛畸形术后患儿排便功能的变化情况。方法对正常对照组11例小儿和病例组43例无肛畸形术后患儿进行放射性核素动态显像,对比观察排便功能曲线、排空率、半排时间和残留率的变化情况。结果对照组排空率、半排时间和残留率分别为(78.30±12.03)%、(1.97±0.86)min和(20.50±7.67)%;病例组排空率、半排时间和残留率分别为(49.21±14.38)%、(8.13±6.20)min和(33.56±9.67)%。病例组与对照组相比,排空率明显降低(P<0.05)、半排时间和残留率明显增加(P<0.05)。对照组排便功能曲线呈迅速下降型;病例组排便功能曲线呈缓慢降低趋势,5min内下降不明显。结论放射性核素动态显像可反映无肛畸形患儿术后排便功能的动态变化情况,是一种简便、定量化、无创性的检测方法。Objective To evaluate the functional changes of defecation in patients with post-operation of anorectal malformation by means of radionuclide dynamic imaging. Methods The case group included 43 patients with post operation of ano rectal malformation and the normal group involved 11 children. Both groups underwent radionuclide dynamic imaging. The dynamic defection curve could be obtained by setting region of interest on the image. Evacuating rate, half time of evacuation and residual rate could be automatically calculated by the computer. Results Evacuating rate, half time of evacuation and residual rate in the normal group was (78. 30±12.03)%, (1.97±0. 86) min and (20. 504±7.67) respectively, and each of them in the case group was (49.21±14.38)G, (8. 13±6.20) min and (33. 56±9.67) % respectively. Conclusion Radionuclide dynamic imaging is a good tool for the patients with post-operation of anorectal malformation to reflex the functional changes of defection in full scale aspects.
