摘　　要：目的:探讨老年支气管哮喘患者治疗前后血清TNF-α和血浆VIP测定的临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析对38例老年支气管哮喘患者进行治疗前后血清TNF-α和血浆VIP含量的测定,并与35名正常人作比较。结果:老年支气管哮喘患者在治疗前血清TNF-α水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而VIP水平则显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。患者经治疗2周后,与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测老年支气管哮喘患者血清TNF-α和血浆VIP水平的变化对临床观察预后有重要的临床价值。Objective To study the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor - α （TNF - α） and plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide （VIP） levels and their clinical significance. Methods Serum TNF - α and plasma VIP levels were measured with RIA in 38 patients with bronchial asthma both before and after treatment as well as 35 elderly controls. Results Before treatment the serum TNF - α levels was significantly higher than those in the controls （P 〈 0.01）, while the plasma VIP levels were lower （P 〈 0.01）. After 2 weeks of treatment the levels were not significantly different from those in controls （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Changes of serum TNF - α and plasma VIP levels after treatment might be of prognostic importance in elderly patients with bronchial asthma.
