摘　　要：文章在大量实则数据的基础上对于广州市城区近代民房构成单元的“西关小屋”的居住环境———含空间环境、热环境、光环境、声环境、安全环境皆进行了详尽的分析、评判和综合评价；Basing on a lot of field exploring data, this article has thoroughly analyzed and comprehensively discussed the tresidential environment of “Xiguan Small House” modern times house component unite in Guangzhou including spatial、 thermal、 optical、 acoustic and safety environment. It has provided reference for founding design thought and technical measure of new residential architecture.
