重组干扰素协同PHA诱生淋巴细胞治疗原因不明性习惯性流产的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原因不明性习惯性流产患者与其外周血T淋巴细胞免疫功能的关系,比较通过诱生与非诱生免疫疗法,对原因不明性习惯性流产患者T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及免疫治疗的疗效的观察。方法采用流式细胞仪,对42例原因不明性习惯性流产和15例正常妇女的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,并对原因不明性习惯性流产患者随机分成2组,分别进行常规治疗和经诱生后免疫治疗,对其治疗后的外周血T淋巴细胞进行检测。结果与对照组相比,原因不明性习惯性流产CD4+细胞百分含量增加和CD8+细胞百分含量下降。CD4+/CD8+比值升高,二者比较P<0.05具有显著性。经过诱生免疫和常规免疫治疗前后的T细胞亚群检测发现,CD4+细胞百分含量有所下降,而CD8+细胞百分含量有所上升,二者比较P<0.05具有显著性。结论原因不明性习惯性流产可能与外周血CD8+下降有关,经主动免疫可以诱导体内CD8+的数量,有效改善妊娠免疫机制,从而提高妊娠成功率。Objective ： To find the T - lymphocytes level in peripheral blood of the uncertain habitual abortion patients, Compare the induced versus uninduced immunotherapeutic efficiency and the consequent T - lymphocytes subgroup variation of uncertain habitual abortion patients, Methods： The T - lymphocytes subgroup level in peripheral blood of 42 uncertain habitual abortion patients and 15 normal women are tested by FCM, The uncertain habitual abortion patients are randomly divided into two groups and are respectively treated by regular treatment and induced immunotherapy. The T - lymphocytes level in peripheral blood is tested after the treatment. Results ： Compared with the control group, percentage of CD4 ^＋ increased while percentage of CD8^＋ decreased in the uncertain habitual abortion group. CD4^ ＋/CD8^＋ is increased and P 〈 0. 05. Comparing the T - lymphocyte level before and after the induced immunotherapy and regular treatment, percentage of CD4^＋ decreased while that of CD8^＋ increased and P 〈 0.05. Conclusions ： The uncertain habitual abortion may be associated with the decreasing of CD8^＋ in peripheral blood. Initiative immunity can induce the quantity of CD8^＋ to improve the immunological mechanism during pregnancy and to increase the possibility of pregnancy.
