摘  要:目的探讨早期干预对足月窒息儿智能发育的影响,为临床进行有效的防治提供参考依据。方法将81例足月窒息患儿分为干预组(40例)和常规育儿组(41例),同时设立正常儿对照组(45例),按鲍氏早期教育方案制定干预计划,采用家庭式干预模式对干预组进行早期干预,定期随访,用Gesell进行发育评估,根据评估结果进一步指导干预。结果3个月时干预组与常规育儿组发育商没有差异(P>0.05),干预组与正常对照组发育商存在差异(P<0.05),随着干预时间的延长,18个月龄时干预组与常规育儿组发育商存在非常显著性(P<0.01),干预组与正常对照组发育商逐渐没有了差异(P>0.05)。结论早期干预对足月窒息儿智能发育有明显的促进作用,部分窒息儿经过早期干预发育商甚至超过正常儿。Objective: To understand the influnce on intelligence development by early intervention to mature asphyxia experience infants , Methods: The experimental group (81 subjects) were divided into intervened group (40 cases) , non - intervened geoup (41 cases) ; Compared with normal group (45 cases). The program of intervention was designed according to Bao's materials of early education, Family based program was uesed in the studying . The physical and neurological conditions and intelligence test of all cases were studied by Gesell development scale regularly. Results: The marks of development quotient between two groups ( intervened group and non -intervened group) had no statistical significance ( P 〉 0. 05 ) in children aged 3 months; but intervened group had statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with normal group, At aged 18 monthes , The development quotient of intervened group had statistical significance compared with non - intervened group . The development quotient between two groups ( intervened group and normal group) had no differences ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The application of early intervention could improve the intelligence development of asphyxia experience children. Parts of the children's intelligence development in intervened group are more better than the children's in normal group,
