摘 要:目的:建立抗病毒口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对抗病毒口服液中的金银花、鱼腥草、赤芍和射干进行定性鉴别;以高效液相色谱法对其金银花中的绿原酸进行含量测定。结果:抗病毒口服液的金银花、鱼腥草、赤芍、射干薄层色谱中,在与对照药材相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点;绿原酸检测浓度在3.66~73.20μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=1.52%)。结论:所建质量标准可用于本品的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for quality control of Kangbingdu oral solution.METHODS: TLC was used to identify 4 Chinese medicines, which were Flos Lonicerae, herba houttuyniae, radix paeoniae rubra and rhizoma belamcandae.HPLC was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid of Flos Lonicerae.RESULTS: In the TLC of flos lonicerae,Herba houttuyniae,Radix paeoniae rubra and rhizoma belamcandae,s position.The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 3.66-73.20/~g/ml(r RSD was 1.52% .CONCLUSION:The method was simple,accurate and quality of this preparation. pots =0. of same color were identified in the corresponding 9 998) .The average recovery was 99.7% and the strong specificity and could be used to control the
