摘  要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定复方地塞米松霜中氯霉素、地塞米松含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为EclipseXDBC8,流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长为278(氯霉素)、240(地塞米松)nm,流速为0.7ml/min,柱温为35℃。结果:氯霉素、地塞米松检测浓度分别在200~800(r=0.9999)、5~20(r=0.9999)μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为100.6%(RSD=0.06%)、98.6%(RSD=0.23%)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于本品的质量控制。OBJECTIVE : To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone in compound dexamethasone cream by HPLC.METHODS: Eclipse XDB- C8 was used.The mobile phase was methanol - water (75 : 25) .The detecting wavelengths were 278nm for chloramphenicol and 240nm for dexamethasone, respectively.The flow rate was 0.7ml/min, and the column temperature was 35℃ .RESULTS: The linear ranges of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone were 200-800μg/ ml(r = 0.9 999) and 5-20μg/ ml(r = 0.9 999), respectively.The average recoveries were 100.6% (RSD = 0.06 % ) and 98.6 % (RSD = 0.23 % ), respectively. CONCLUSION: The established method is convenient, accurate and reliable,and it can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
