摘　　要：本文首先分析了进行社会主义新农村建设的重要意义,在此基础上指出了在新农村建设过程中需要注意和强调的八个方面内容,包括必须始终把发展农村生产力放在第一位,大力发展农村社会事业,加快农村公共基础设施建设等。Building the new socialist countryside is of great importance in China today.The author gives emphasis on eight aspects,among others.It is always necessary to put at the first place development of productivity in rural areas from the very beginning to the end.The government must make great efforts to improve all kinds of social undertakings in rural regions,and speed up the public infrastructure there
