摘　　要：本文遵循CV法一般原理,以农田水利设施建设为例,通过入户调查数据对影响农户需求偏好的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,农户公共物品需求偏好受个人特征、家庭特征和村庄特征共同影响,但不同特征变量的影响方向和程度存在显著性差异。Applying the general principles of contingent valuation method and taking irrigation and water conservancy facilities as example,the authors analyze the farm households' demand preference in terms of public goods on a basis of house-to-house questionnaires.It is found that their preference is affected by personal character,household types,and village,all taken together.It is interesting that there is significant difference in directions and degrees caused by difference in the factors mentioned above
