摘　　要：本文利用2003年和2005年两次抽样调查数据对村级公共物品投资状况进行研究,特别是采用小组访谈方法对农民对农村公共服务项目的满意程度、对村投资和自己出资进行公共服务建设的投资意向进行研究。研究表明,农民对道路、灌溉的满意度最低,但农民其投资意愿却是很高的;而对垃圾站的投资的满意程度和投资的意愿都很低。因此,针对目前农民对公共物品投资的意向,政府部门应当加强对农民不满意但又有强烈投资需求的项目的投入;同时对农民既不满意也不愿投资但和新农村建设相关的项目也应给予支持。In light of building New Socialistic Countryside,there is a recent policy emphasize on investing more in rural public services.Nevertheless, there has been little understanding of what public services villagers really want.This essay uses data from 100 villages in rural China to address how villagers are satisfied with their public services and what villagers are willing to invest in these public services? Descriptive analysis shows that although villagers are least satisfied with roads and irrigation facilities in their villages,roads and irrigation facilities are the top two public services that villagers are willing to invest in.By contrast,villagers are neither satisfied with garbage disposal service nor willing to invest in it
