摘 要:以中黄4号为试验材料,在大田条件下,利用新型植物生长调节剂SHK-6为调节手段,研究大豆株型、产量品质的形成及其生理基础。试验于分枝期叶面喷施SHK-6,结果表明:1)促进有效分枝数和百粒重的增加。显著提高了单株荚数、粒数和产量,提高了籽粒蛋白质和氨基酸以及必需氨基酸含量;2)修饰株型。显著降低结荚高度,有效延缓了处理后3—4个节间的伸长,促进了上部节间的伸长;3)显著改善了叶片生理功能,如叶片可溶性蛋白含量、硝态氮、硝酸还原酶的活性明显提高;4)显著提高了根系生理活性,如显著提高根系活力、伤流量、伤流中的硝态氮、氨态氮、速效磷的含量。SHK-6可以通过塑造株型,改善叶片和根系生理功能,实现产量和品质的协同改善。Plant growth regulators, both natural and synthetic, are widely applied to agricultural crops as a means of crop improvement. The effect of SHK-6 (80% Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and Mepiquat chloride, 1 : 5) on canopy, leave physiology, root physiological activity and seed yield of soybean ( Glycine max L. cv. ), Zhonghuang 4, was studied. SHK - 6 was foliar applied at branching stage at 100mg/L and 200mg/L, with water as control. The results showed: 1) SHK -6 treatment significantly increased pods per plant, seeds per plant and seed yield, and efficient branches and 100 - seed weight were improved by SHK -6 treatment as well. SHK -6 treatment promoted protein content in grains, and also improved total amino acids and necessary amino acids. 2) SHK -6 treatment significantly decreased podding height, efficiently inhibited the development of 3 - 4 internodes and promoted upper internodes growth. 3) SHK -6 significantly increased leaf physiology, such as soluble protein and nitrite contents. NR activity in leaves was increased by SHK -6 treatment. 4) SHK -6 significantly increased root physiological activity, for example, root activity, bleeding sap, NO3^- - N and NH4^+ - N and phosphorus contents were markedly improved by SHK -6.
