摘　　要：目的研究皮科血毒清胶囊灌胃给药对丙酸杆菌致大鼠耳廓痤疮模型的影响以及抗炎、镇痛作用。方法用临床分离痤疮丙酸杆菌造成大鼠耳廓痤疮模型,观察皮科血毒清胶囊对造模所致的化脓性炎症病理变化;观察皮科血毒清胶囊对体外培养的标准菌株和临床分离菌株(金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、丙酸杆菌)的抑制作用以及小鼠体内抗菌作用;通过皮科血毒清胶囊对小鼠耳廓肿胀、腹腔白细胞游走、腹腔毛细血管通透性等影响试验,观察其抗炎作用;同时观察皮科血毒清胶囊对去势小鼠的睾酮和雌二醇水平的影响,从而了解其作用是否与激素样作用有关。结果皮科血毒清胶囊能明显减轻或消除丙酸杆菌致大鼠耳廓痤疮模型化脓性炎症病变,体内体外均有抗菌、抗炎作用,对去势小鼠的睾酮和雌二醇水平未见明显影响。结论皮科血毒清胶囊无激素样作用。objective The effects of intragastric administration of Pikexueduqing capsules to a model of rat＇s acne on auricles caused by Propionibacterium and the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the capsules are to be investigated. Methods A model of mice＇s acne on auricles was produced with clinically isolated Propionibacterium acnes, and the pathological change of the suppurative inflammation of the model caused by Pikexueduqing capsules was observed; the inhibiting effects of Pikexueduqing capsules on the in vitro cultured standard strains and clinically isolated strains （Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Propionibacterium） and their antibacterial actions in mice were investigated; the anti-inflammatory actions of Pikexueduqing capsules were tested through the study of their effects on the swelling of auricles, the leukocytoplania in the abdominal cavity, capillary permeability in the mice＇s abdominal cavity etc. in mice; and the effects of Pikexueduqing capsules on levels of testosterone and estradiol in castrated mice were also determined to verify if their effects were associated with hormonelike effects. Results Pikexueduqing capsules can significantly reduce or eliminate the suppurative inflammatory process in a model of rat＇s acne in auricles caused by Propionibacterium, have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory actions both in vivo and in vitro, and have no significant effects on levels of testosterone and estradiol in castrated mice. Conclusion The results suggesting that Pikexueduqing capsules have no hormonelike effects.
