摘 要:目的观察杜仲腰痛丸对髓核非压迫性突出大鼠脊神经节损伤的组织形态学改变。方法取健康、雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为假手术组(A组)、非治疗组(B组)、对照组(C组、伸筋丹组)、杜仲腰痛丸高剂量组(D组)、杜仲腰痛丸低剂量组(E组),每组10只。将大鼠自身的尾椎髓核取出移植于左侧L5、L6神经根背侧,造成大鼠非压迫性髓核突出模型,并观察2周时脊神经节组织形态学变化。结果B、C、D、E组脊神经节均有明显的组织形态学改变,但C、D、E组的损伤程度较B组轻。结论杜仲腰痛丸有减轻非机械压迫性髓核对脊神经节损伤后组织学病理变化的作用,能改善或抑制炎症反应,有保护脊神经节的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Duzhongyaotong pill on the histological morphology changes in the damage of rat spinal ganglion of non-compressive nucleus pulposus protrusion. Methods 50 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham operated group (A), non-treatment group (B), shenjindan capsule treated group (C), high and low dose duzhongyaotong pill treated groups (D and E) (n= 10 for each group). The model of non-compressive nucleus pulposus protrusion was established by transplanting autogenous caudate nucleus pulposus into the dorsal sides of left L5-6 nerve roots. Histological morphology changes of rat spinal ganglion were observed in the second week. Results Obvious histological morphology changes of spinal ganglion were observed in B, C, D and E groups, but the damages in B group was more severe than those in C, D and E groups. Conclusion Duzhongyaotong pill can alleviate pathological morphology changes after the damage of rat spinal ganglion of non-compressive nucleus pulposus protrusion, improve or suppress inflammatory reaction and protect spinal ganglion.
