直肠微波加中药灌肠治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎81例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠微波加中药灌肠治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法对81例符合美国国立卫生研究院诊断标准的患者采用直肠微波加中药灌肠治疗,疗程30 d,评价治疗前后慢性前列腺炎疼痛症状评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分、前列腺液白细胞计数变化指标。结果治疗前患者疼痛症状评分为13.2±1.7,排尿症状评分为5.2±1.1,生活质量评分为5.9±1.5,前列腺液白细胞计数(WBC个/HP)为24.6±8.9。治疗结束时患者疼痛症状评分为9.3±3.2,排尿症状评分为4.1±1.8,生活质量评分为4.7±1.3,前列腺液白细胞计数(WBC个/HP)为16.7±4.6.结论微波加中药灌肠治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎具有缓解疼痛症状,改善排尿,提高生活质量的作用。Objective To explore the effect of rectum microwave plus herb-enema on the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods 81 patients accorded with the diagnosis standards of National Institutes of Health were treated with rectum microwave and herb-rectum, the process of treatment were lasted for 30 days, and chronic prostatitis pain score, urinary symptom score, quality of life score and the change of white blood cell in prostatic secretions before and after treatment were compared. Results Before the treatment, the pain score of patients were 13.2± 1.7, the urinary symptom score were 5.2±1.1, the quality of life score were 5.9 ± 1.5, the white blood cell in the prostatic secretions were 24.6±8.9. At the end of the treatment, the pain score of patients were 9.3±3.2, the urinary symptom score were 4.1± 1.8, the quality of life score were 4.7±1.3, the white blood cell in the prostatic secretions were 16.7±4.6. Conclusions Rectum microwave plus herb-enema for the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis can relieve pain, improve urinary symptoms and quality of life.
