高压氧结合局部用药治疗闭合性软组织运动损伤

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧结合局部用药治疗闭合性软组织运动损伤的疗效。方法将200名运动损伤的运动员分为综合治疗组和对照组,综合治疗组100名采用高压氧和局部用药治疗,对照组100名采用局部用药治疗,不做高压氧治疗。结果综合治疗组临床治愈、好转情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论高压氧结合局部用药综合治疗闭合性软组织运动损伤比常规治疗具有更好疗效。Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygenation combined with local medication in the treatment of closed soft tissue injuries due to sports movement. Methods 134 sportsmen with sports movement injuries were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with hyperbaric oxygenation combined with local medication, but control group was treated with local medication only. Results Clinical cure rate and improvement were better in treatment group than in control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygenation combined with local medication is better than local medication in the treatment of closed soft tissue injuries due to sports movement.
