摘　　要：论述实时参考咨询和协同浏览服务,重点论述基于实时咨询的CSDL(国家科学数字图书馆)实时参考咨询系统在设计与实现方面的主要工作,阐述协同浏览功能的设计与实现,系统的流程、架构以及各种关键技术,并对实现情况进行论述。This paper introduces the meanings of the real - time reference and co - browsing , and emphasizes on the main tasks of the design and implementation of the co - browsing - based CSDL real - time reference system, and introduces the design and implementation of the co - browsing function. The workflow, the structure and the key technologies are reported, and the implementation is introduced.
