摘 要:通过对苗床不同避蚜措施在移栽后病毒病发生情况的对比,研究避蚜时期及设施与病毒病发生的关系,结果表明,40目防虫网避蚜防病效果最佳,悬挂塑料条带和苗床四周平铺薄膜也有较好的避蚜防病效果。网室栽培条件下,对照的烟苗带毒率都在30%以上,防虫网等避蚜防病效果显著。大田地膜栽培条件下,移栽后25d,防虫网等处理对蚜传病毒病有显著的预防效果。移栽后30d-40d,所有处理同对照无显著差异。移栽后45d-60d,防虫网处理的发病情况显著轻于对照。因此,苗期避蚜结合大田地膜覆盖对预防病毒病有重要意义。According to the anti-disease effects of manifold measures in tobacco seedbeds, the comparatively proper period and measures of aphid-avoiding to reduce tobacco leaf losing in term of virus are picked out. The result showed that the anti-disease effect of prevent worm netting with aperture 1/40 mm was the best, the effects of hanging plastic strips and tiling plastic membrane around seedbed were relatively good. When cultivated in netting, the ratio of virus-carrier tobacco seedling of comparison treatment was over 30%, but the ratio of above three measures was very low. When cultivated in fields, the anti-virus-disease effects of above three measures was prominent in course of 25 days after transplanting, but the effect of each treatment had no evident difference compared with comparison treatment 30 days or 40 days after transplanting. The anti-virus-disease effect of the treatment covered with netting was distinctly better than comparison treatment 45 days or 60 days after transplanting, so aphid-avoiding measures before tobacco seedling transplanting associate with plastic membrane covering after transplanting were essential for preventing and control of virus diseases.
