深静脉管引流加尿激酶治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔内留置深静脉管并注入尿激酶对结核性包裹性胸腔积液的治疗作用。方法抗结核治疗下,常规胸腔内留置深静脉管引流胸水,治疗组胸腔内注入尿激酶10万U+生理盐水10 ml/次,对照组胸腔内注入异烟肼100 mg+地塞米松5 mg+生理盐水10 ml/次。结果治疗组遗留胸膜肥厚明显少于对照组,且无并发症发生。结论内置引流管加尿激酶治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液方便、安全,疗效满意,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of drainage combined with intrapleral urokinase （UK） on tuberculous parcel pleural effusion.Methods The deep venous drainage was used.The patients in treatment group were treated with UK 100 1300 U plus NS 10 ml once. The patients in control group were treated with INH 100 nag plus DXM 5 mg plus NS 10 ml once by injection in thoracic cavity. Routine antituberculosis drugs and prednisone were used for all the patients. Results The patients in treatment group had less pleuml incrassation, as compared with that in control group, without complications. Conclusion The deep venous drainage and intrapleral urokinase in the treatment of parcel tuberculous pleural effusion is a convenient and safe method, which deserves wide application in clinic.
