摘　　要：介绍瑞士伊文达四釜流程20万t/a聚酯项目的试车过程以及4年来的运行状况和工艺设备改进之处。该工程吸纳了专利公司的许多改进之处,形成了装置的工艺设备特点,一次投料试车成功;在110%的负荷下,PTA、EG、电的单耗分别为856kg/t、334kg/t、88kW·h/t。在工艺设备改进方面给同类厂家提供了参考。The try producion of 200 000 t/a PET plant with 4 reactors imported from Doma/Ems as well as its running situation and process and equipment improvements during past 4 years are introduced. Under the load of 110%, the consumption of PTA, EG and electricity is 856 kg/t, 334 kg/t and 88 kW·h/t respectively. The improvements of the process and equipment are useful to other companies.
