摘　　要：详细分析了FMEA的原理及其在模具企业质量管理中的应用,进而论述了FMEA与其它各系统集成的必要性,建立了系统的信息集成模型,根据典型的模具企业业务流程进行了相应的质量控制功能设计。The principle of the FMEA and its application in the mould corporation are analyzed in detail. The necessity of the system integration between the FMEA and the other systems is discussed. The integrating model of the system is established. The function modules of the quality control are designed according to the typical work flow of the mould corporation.
