摘 要:用浸涂的方法制备了明胶膜,测定了膜的机械性能、溶胀性能、对水的敏感性以及膜的含水量,并探讨了涂布温度、成膜液的pH、增塑剂甘油的添加量、交联剂的种类及添加量以及贮存环境湿度对明胶膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:用浸涂方法制备明胶膜时,ω=0.12的明胶成膜液适宜的涂布温度为33~38C;成膜液的pH在7左右时,膜的抗拉强度最大;随着增塑剂甘油用量增加,膜的抗拉强度下降,而断裂伸长率增大;交联剂甲醛和明矾都有明显的交联作用,但交联剂的添加量过多时,不适合用浸涂的方法制备膜;随着贮存湿度的增加,膜的抗拉强度和弹性模量逐渐降低,断裂伸长率和含水量呈递增趋势。Gelatin films were prepared by dip-coating technology. Mechanical properties, swelling properties, water sensitivity and water content of films were investigated. While influences of coating temperature, pH of film-forming solution, concentration of plasticizer-glycerin, types and concentrations of cross-linking agents, humidity of storage on the properties of gelatin film were studied in details. The results show that when applied dip-coating technology ω = 0. 12 film-forming solution is appropriately coated at 33-38℃;and when pH of film-forming solution is 7,the tensile strength of film appeares maximum. The tensile strength decreases and the elongation to break increases with the increase of glycerin. The cross-linking agents (HCHO and KAl (SO4) 2·12H2O) have significant cross-linking action, hut when the concentration of the cross-linking agents is exceeding,it is difficult to prepare the film through dipcoating technology. The tensile strength and the elastic modulus decrease,and the elongation to break and water content of the films increase with the increase of relative humidity of the storage environment.
