摘　　要：将成熟度理论应用到农业物流领域,提出了农业物流业成熟度模型等相关概念,构建了过程成熟度的5个等级,并用成熟度曲线表示了农业物流业发展所经历的过程。研究了评价农业物流业成熟度等级的程序,并以湖北为例,对湖北农业物流产业现状进行了评价。Capability Maturity Model is applied to the field of Agricultural Logistics in the paper. Then, the article defines the concepts which are related to the Agricultural Logistics Capability Maturity Model （AL-CMM）, and presents the five levels of AL-CMM. Moreover,the process of development of Agricultural Logistics is expressed by the Capability Maturity curve. Furthermore, the paper studies the procedure, of appraising the Agricultural Logistics Capability Maturity grade,with Hubei as a example,the appraisal is made on the present situation of Agricultural Logistics business.
