左旋咪唑对胡子鲶头肾和脾脏显微及亚显微结构的影响

摘　　要：胡子鲶投喂0,300mg/kg盐酸左旋咪唑的日粮1周,在停喂后第4周和第8周,取头肾和脾脏制作组织切片,第6周取头肾和脾脏制作透射电镜切片。结果表明:左旋咪唑可以刺激胡子鲶脾脏和头肾白细胞特别是淋巴细胞的增生,其中嗜中性白细胞的功能状态较对照组活跃。Clarias fuscus were fed diets containing 0 （control） and 300 mg/kg levamisole for a week. Head kidney and spleen were dissected out for tissue section at the fourth and the eighth weeks and for Transmission Election Microscope section at the sixth weeks after last intake levamisole. The results demonstrate that the number of leucocyte, especial of lymphocyte of head kidney and spleen of the fish treated with levamisole increases and neutrophils are more active correspondingly with the control.
