基于网格服务的协同电子商务平台的构建

摘　　要：文章采用面向服务体系（SOA）的思想，用网格服务构建了一个协同电子商务平台．其目的是实现电子商务系统和企业内部业务、供应链企业之间、企业和客户、以及企业和政府部门的协同．文中描述了协同电子商务平台的体系架构，框架中集成了供应链管理（SCM），客户关系管理（CRM），商业智能挖掘（BI）和协同设计等子系统，用网格服务封装企业内部和企业之间的业务系统接口．通过网格服务的发现、集成、调用实现协同电子商务．We used the idea of the Service Oriented Architecture （SOA） and Grid Service to build a collaborative e- business platform. It realized the collaboration amongst e - Business systems and the internal systems of enterprises, and the cooperation among enterprises in the supply chain. The platform also provides cooperative channels for the enterprises, customers and government departments. This paper gave an overview of the architecture of the platform and its implementation. It integrates the Supply Chain Management （SCM）, Customer Relationship Management （ CRM ）, Business Intelligence （BI） and cooperative design subsystems. The interfaces of collaborative systems are encapsulated by the Grid Service and the e - business is transacted by grid service finding, integrating and invoking.
