摘　　要：我国的乡镇政府在计划经济时代发挥了重要的作用,但随着农村市场经济的发展,其逐渐成为了解决“三农”问题的桎梏。随着农村“后税费时代”的来临,乡镇政府究竟何去何从,也成为了一个引人关注的问题。本文试图从法治的角度,探讨乡镇政府的改革,并就乡镇政府的法治建设提出一些看法。The township government played an important role in the time of the planned economy, whereas it became a shackle to solve the three problems regardng the farmer, countryside and agriculture along with the development of the market economy, Furthermore, with the advent of the post-taxation era, what course to fellow, that is eye-catching for the township government. From the perspective of the law, this paper probes into the reform of the township government and some suggestions will be put forward concerning the legal construction government.
